hey!!!fluorescent green!!Awesome!I just read the books off centre and to kill a mockingbird.......its really nice......cause like, you know....i always liked angry novels,and both of happened to be really unique.....after all, 'to kill a mockingbird' didn't win the pulitzer prize for being just the average novel.
To kill a mockingbird is a story about a young girl Scout and her brother Jem.They live in an era where black man slavery was still common but some are being paid. Everyday life was peaceful and a routine until their father,Atticus Finch was called to defend a Negro in court.Now they had to tolerate taunts from their classmates ,neighbours,and relatives,having insults hurled at them all the time.They have to learn to contain themselves and recognize evil.Basically,this story is a stab at America being racist towards black in the past.
Off Centre is a play ,where two main characters namely Vinod and Saloma become acquainted at a function for the mentally ill.Saloma was a teenage girl suffering from schizophrenia.the guy, im not sure.anyway,they became really great friends and eventually Saloma became less shy and more outgoing.but Vinod was not happy. He wanted Saloma all to himself and turns crazy over it.eventually he dances until he bleeds and Saloma cannot find him.Oh well,its really sad but we do this sort of thing everyday.gtg,toodles!
